 A soft dressing for wounds in the granulation phase, designed for absorption and protection.

Its rayon silk wound contact layer allows passage of exudate into the rayon wadding absorbent core, while minimizing adhesion to the wound.

Dressings can be cut to desired sizes and shapes. It is suitable for the management of wounds in the granulation phase, such as leg ulcers, decubitus and minor burns.
