Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Your order will then be confirmed based on inventory, availability and price accuracy. You will be notified of any change to your order as soon as possible.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be a potential delay in your order due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems. If so, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping across Canada starting at $25 (excluding British Columbia).

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100.00 within a 50km radius. For orders under $100.00, we charge local delivery starting at $8.
Deliveries are made from 9am-10pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message or email with the contact information you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 265 Schoolhouse Street in Coquitlam, BC, where the in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 am-4:00 pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@bcmedequip.com or call 604-888-8811 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All products purchased online are final sale. No refunds, returns and/or exchanges for online purchases.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or call us as soon as possible at service@bcmedequip.com or 604-88-8811 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
