The THERABAND Assist Strap allows THERABAND bands and tubing to be attached to extremities and a variety of stationary objects. These straps allow for a larger variety of exercises that can be done at fitness centers or for at home use. This assist strap also allows for better grip when being used for training or rehabilitation programs. These durable bands are 1" x 12-1/2" in size and are excellent for all ages and fitness levels.
